Constance joined Alphemy Capital in August 2023 and has served as Chief Strategy Officer since July 1, 2025, bringing 20+ years of experience across corporate strategy, partnerships, product development, and capital formation. As the firm and digital-asset markets evolved, she identified key capability gaps and led initiatives to strengthen Alphemy’s investment and risk infrastructure, including advancing strategic talent hires. She also leads firm positioning and external engagement – building brand awareness, cultivating long-term strategic partnerships, and sourcing third-party counterparties that support the firm’s platform and growth.

Prior to Alphemy, she served as Global Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations at a leading late-stage digital asset Web3 platform, where she led corporate strategy, partnerships, and investor relations. Her background includes roles at hedge funds and major asset management firms across multiple asset classes. She spent eight years at Moore Capital Management working closely with global institutional investors and consultants. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Satellite Asset Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management, and Citigroup.

Constance earned an MSc in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from London School of Economics and a BBA with Distinction in Finance and Marketing from University of Iowa. She is a CFA Charterholder and chairs the Advisory Board for The Investment Diversity Exchange (TIDE).
