Her career spans hedge funds, private and liquid credit firms, major asset management companies, and banks. At an emerging credit manager, Constance was Chief of Capital Strategy, where she led a transformative growth initiative, evolving the firm from a family office into an asset manager with investors including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, OCIOs, and banks. She also spent eight years at Moore Capital in New York, a macro strategy hedge fund, working with institutional investors and consultants. Earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Satellite Asset Management in New York, Credit Suisse Asset Management, and Citigroup Asset Management in Asia.

Constance holds an MSc in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from the London School of Economics and a BBA with Distinction in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa. She is a CFA Charterholder and currently chairs the Advisory Board for The Investment Diversity Exchange (TIDE).
