Services
Alphemy Capital engages in asset management of foreign collective investment schemes domiciled in the Cayman Islands and in the United States for qualified investors in accordance to the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA). In the context of its asset management activities, the Company manages collective investment schemes that invest in crypto assets and instruments related to crypto assets. The Company also engages in distribution to qualified investors in Switzerland or from Switzerland of foreign collective investment schemes, which have not been approved by FINMA for offering to non-qualified investors.

Remuneration
The remuneration structure for our asset management services can be found in the offering documents of the collective investment schemes managed by the Company.

The Company provides its services to institutional investors and professional investors.
