Roman has been a pioneer in the digital asset ecosystem since 2011. He was among the first investors in Ethereum and other foundational blockchain protocols, and in the industry’s formative years he also mined Bitcoin and various other tokens. These early activities reflect his conviction in the transformative potential of distributed ledger technology and positioned him as one of the early advocates of Web3 innovation. In 2019, after more than eight years of personal investing, he founded Alphemy Capital to institutionalize his investment approach and continue his career as a professional investor.

Roman’s professional background combines deep expertise in digital assets with senior leadership experience in the corporate sector. Earlier in his career, he held multiple executive roles at a Fortune 500 company, where he gained extensive operational, strategic, and financial management experience.

He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and an M.Sc. in Economics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. He has also completed the Digital Disruption Global Leadership program at IMD in Lausanne.
